Table 4 loves catering to our theater goer guests and we're so excited about the one night show of the Yamato Drummers of Japan that will be here on March 11, 2020! It looks like this will be an incredible high energy show, filled with spirit and heart-stopping drum beats. To commemorate this one night show, we are creating a special dinner that focuses on the flavors of Japan. The dinner will start with your choice of a Sunomono Salad - which is a delicate cucumber and rice wine vinegar salad or a Miso soup that is full of shiitake, button and shimeji mushrooms. The second course is a sweet, ginger and garlic Chicken Teriyaki paired with a flavorful Oolong Fried Rice. The Oolong tea creates a subtle flavor that will leave you ready for the Japanese drum music you are going to listen to! To end the meal, we have turned our house-churned ice cream into mochi!
